Condition of Returned Vehicles
All returned vehicles must be in the same condition as they were at the time of delivery.
At the time of delivery, a Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) is conducted in the presence of the customer. This inspection documents the vehicle’s condition, functionality, and specifications.
To qualify for a return, the vehicle must match the condition documented in the PDI report, excluding normal and reasonable wear resulting from proper use during the evaluation period.
Any damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications may result in the return being denied or subject to additional conditions.
Return Procedure and Processing Time
If you wish to initiate a return, you must contact our support team within the 10-day return period to submit your request. Once your return request has been reviewed and approved:
- Our delivery team will arrange for the vehicle to be collected within 48 hours.
- You will receive the scheduled pickup details and any necessary preparation instructions.
- Upon receipt of the vehicle, an inspection will be conducted to confirm its condition and compliance with the PDI report.
Following a successful inspection, we will process your refund promptly. The refund will include:
- The full purchase price of the vehicle.
- Any delivery or transportation fees originally paid.
Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed.
